Was saddened to hear of Noreen's passing. Our sincere condolences go out to the Plant and Provost families.I got to see her at the Sion Reunion and visited with her for a brief while. It was with great sadness and a shock that i received this infomation about Noreen. What a nice person she was, with great values and very calm and very efficient to support the APOC members and all the employees to ensure a healthy workplace.
I know that she was a super mom too...

I was so glad to visit with Noreen at the Sion reunion in August. Your parents and mine were such good friends, and your family was such a part of the fabric of St. Mary's parish. Many good memories. Noreen was a woman of strong faith who loved, and was loved by her family. "Well done, good and faithful servant". Now she is cocooned in our Father's loving arms. Just heard about your Mother’s passing...
I can well imagine your sadness.
I recall fondly meeting Noreen on two occasions; at Blaise’s Hawaii wedding and at a Monkey Majik concert in Sendai, Japan. Noreen was a grand lady full of love and charm. I so enjoyed my times with her. I will miss her too.

I was extremely sad when I heard the news. In a word, Noreen was a gem. She was as nice as they come. I have fond memories of her and Gary dancing away on a boat to eastcoast music when we were in St Johns NL for one of the APOC trips. Her joix de vivre and energy always made it a pleasure to be around her. I owe so much to Noreen for helping me advance my career at Canada Post. She always had time for anyone who needed help or guidance. I’m writing this to the family because I am out of the country and won’t be able to attend the funeral. Our hearts are heavy and with Noreen's family in grieving their loss. I am so glad I visited with Noreen last summer in Saskatoon. It is hard to believe that someone so vibrant, with so much energy just a few months ago has passed so soon. We are saddened to hear of the loss of Noreen. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I remember meeting Noreen at Maynard’s wedding, and hanging out for the few days before and after. The whole Plant family were obviously awesome, Noreen came across as such an incredibly strong woman. Having spent three-four years together in Hachinohe with Maynard as brothers before his wedding I was excited to meet his mum, dad and brothers and sisters. They all made me and Cherie feel so welcome and part of the family. I was really nervous about MCing. Noreen seemed to sense this and clearly took the time to subtly take me ‘under her wing’, making me feel at ease and boosting my confidence before MCing. I remember she said I was a natural and that my British accent would make everything OK! She came across as a deeply intelligent, nurturing and maternal lady.
