Obituary of Alice Lavergne
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Alice Lavergne (nee Poulin) on October 31st, 2020 at the Montfort Hospital at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of Marcel Lavergne for over 59 years. Loving mother of Carol Lavergne Houle and Paul Lavergne. Cherished grandmother of Sydney and Ashley Houle. She leaves behind her sister Rose Boudreau (Tom Boudreau), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Paul-Émile Poulin and Claudia Légaré, as well as her siblings, Roger Poulin (Huguette Guthro), Georgette Proulx (Jacques Proulx), Rollande Racine (Claude Racine), Jean-Paul Poulin, Albert Poulin (Lucille Bélanger), Donald Poulin (Lucienne Bélanger) and Yvonne Cayer (Gérard Cayer).
Alice was a retired employee from the Bank of Nova Scotia.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at a later date in Orléans.
