Sending our deepest condolences to the families, I met Mark at City View, my mom absolutely loved him, he always gave her hugs and kisses, always so happy and friendly, always looked forward to seeing him when I went there, he brighten up the place, my mom has been heartbroken ever since hearing the news, Mark you touched so many lives, may you RIP.

It is with great sadness that I learn of Mark's passing. Mark was such a kind individual to my mom who resides at Cityview Retirement. He delighted in making something special to eat for my mom and we had many fond memories of laughter. May God's grace help your family at this very difficult time.

I met Mark when we both worked at Rideau Place and where I had the privilege to met his 2 beautiful children. Mark loved working with seniors and always try to make them feel loved, make them laugh and enjoyed their company. This was also shown towards his children. I shall miss you my friend. ❤

Mark - I have so much to say and don’t even know where to start. I am so torn - you can’t forget someone who gives you so much to remember and a piece of my heart has always belonged to you. So many times we said we would get the kids together and I wish we had made that happen... Olivia would have loved you so much. You have a big heart and a kind soul, and there is no one quite like you... and as unfair as it feels, I guess that’s why God needed you... I just wish he had waited a while longer because you had so much to still give and do here.
Nicole and Marguerite - Your family has held a place in my heart for 22 years... and it hurts so much for both of you, Ryan, Jordan and Malaya. Life is so unfair much too often... I’m sorry that your family has had to endure so much heartache.
My grandfather is up there with a bottle of Bitter for you Mark... and when I get there I know you won’t hesitate to tell me “see... I told you”.
