So very sorry to hear of the loss of Pat. My deepest condolences to the McGirr family. Pat was my next-door neighbour for five years, and I cherished every conversation I had with him in that time. Usually chatting about Charlie or day-to-day things, I would always love catching up with Pat in the hallway outside our condos. Walking by his door at night on my way outside, I would always love the sound of him listening to the football game, or watching old Westerns. A doting grandfather and great-grandfather, and ever-caring neighbour. I will miss you a lot, Pat. You made the world a better place with your presence. <3 - Petra Smith
