Obituary of Connie Dagg

Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 20, 2020. Beloved wife of Sam Dagg. Connie is survived by her halfsisters Jean Beamish and Frances Houlahan, her halfbrother Wilfred Young, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Myrtle and John Young, halfbrothers Pat Young and Basil Young. She had worked for Crane Plumbing, Surgenor Motors and Bouclair. Connie and Sam were great supporters of the Navan Fair. They were proud to have raised three generations of Canadian Champion Bulldogs. Connie’s passion in life was cooking, knitting, crocheting, sewing and participating in the Anglican Church Bazaars. All of Connie's knitting supplies have been donated to the Prayer Shawl Ministry which provides shawls and blankets to various Nursing and retirement homes. A sincere thank you to the staff on 2 North of St. Vincent Hospital for their care of Connie. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private service has been held. If desired, donations in memory of Connie to St. Mary’s Anglican Cemetery, 3620 Trim Road, Navan, Ontario, K4B 1M6, would be appreciated. Online condolences may be shared at www.heritagefh.ca
