Kenny was a friend of mine when we both worked in the Ottawa Office of Belairdirect. His departure was a painful shock, especially since we had talked shortly before about meeting up soon as I was headed to Toronto.
Kenny and I often headed to Burger King to get the Angry Burger during our lunch hour, but the greatest culinary gift Kenny ever gave me, was introducing me to the spicy garlic sauce shawarma from Prince Shawarma on Merivale.
I think of you often, my friend.
Although it has been many years, I still want to express my sympathies and heartfelt condolences to his family. Losing someone like Kenny, never gets easier and people will feel that loss for the rest of their lives.
