Obituary of Jeannette Scharfe
SCHARFE, Jeannette Marie Therese (nee Laberge), passed away peacefully in her sleep in her 91st year.
Jeannette was predeceased by her loving husband Lorne Scharfe and her parents Oswald and Ernestine Laberge (nee Lauzon). She was also predeceased by her sisters Margaret, Helene and Julienne, her brother Joe and a very special nephew, Allan Bechard.
Jeannette is survived by loving nieces and nephews Michael Dupuis (Christine), Audrey Shantz, Peter Dupuis (Terri), Danielle Peacock and Anthony Peacock (Gretchen). She is also survived by many loving great-nieces and great-nephews and their families.
A celebration of Jeannette’s life will be held on January, 18th, 2020, at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Road, Orleans, ON, K4A 3P7. Visitation will take place from 11:00 to 11:30 am, followed by a service in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ottawa Mission .
