Obituary of Faye Kuiack
Passed away unexpectedly at the age of 69. Cherished wife of the late Don Kuiack, beloved mother of Wayne (Share Duggan) and Mark (Sarah), and proud Grandma of Ty, Petra, Katie-James and Katarina.
Faye is predeceased by her parents, Harold and Mary (Redmond) O’Grady and her brothers, Terry and Jim O’Grady; Faye will be deeply missed by her surviving siblings, Colleen O'Grady (Laurence Dumville) and Ken (Marlene) O'Grady, as well as by her many nieces and nephews.
Faye was born in Noranda, Québec, where she started a family with Don before moving to Ottawa (Orléans) in 1981.
A sweet, spry and social woman with many gifts and strengths, Faye’s proudest life work was the family she created; she was always keen to share the latest achievement of her sons and grandchildren. Ty, Petra, Katie-James and Katarina gave their Grandma so much happiness, lighting up her face with her beautiful smile with their every hug, cuddle and lively story.
Thank you to her family and friends who were a tremendous source of love and support for Faye, especially over the past year. She often remarked that everyone was so good to her.
You were loved. You are still loved. You will always be loved.
You can honour Faye today by saying those words to anyone who needs to hear them.
A reception will take place Saturday, June 1, from 2-5pm at the Heritage Funeral Complex in Orléans. Condolences may be addressed at : www.heritagefh.ca
