To the entire Mise Family: I feel that with the loss of David that a piece of our collective history and past is gone. We are all Goulburn Avenue people and we all grew up together. We all watched each other grow up. I remember David as an avid sports enthusiast both playing and coaching. It is with a very sad heart that I have for your family to face such an event. If I still lived in Ottawa I could grieve with you in person, but that is not possible with me being in Toronto. Be strong and hang on to the memories that you have of your dear son and brother. Alan
I am truly sorry for your loss. David and the whole Mise family have special place in Thebarge family hearts. Each one of us had a friend named Mise so we got to know you all very well. David you are one of toughest guys I know, you have always been a fighter & faced life straight on. I always ran into you some where and you where so upbeat even though I had an idea of your daily struggles. You ran a good race buddy and now your home.
