Peter, Mathew and Caitlin,
I am so very sorry. I was shocked when I found out and had to try to process how this bright, thoughtful, funny person is no longer with us. My gosh, she loved her family! You brought so much happiness and joy to her life.
I was fortunate to work with Penny for years and I will never forget her sense of humor- not a day went by without a laughing fit in Penny's office.
Please accept my sincere condolences. Know that Penny loved and cherished you more than life itself.

Peter and kids, I am so profoundly saddened hearing about Penny. She was a light that brought so much joy. She loved my homemade anti pasta. She had a standing request for it.
