Obituary of Donald Newton

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the age of 62 after a valiant battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Karen Newton (nee Hillman). Loving father of Michelle (Scott Toonders) and Kimberley (Philip Shields). Cherished grandpa of Quinn as well as another soon to be grandchild. He will be sadly missed by his brother William (Shelley), his parents Donald and Leslie (predeceased), his parents-in-law Bud and Barbara Hillman, his siblings-in-law Patrick Hillman (Mary Beth), Kelly (Dave Drummond), Kathy (Wayne Gradwell) and Brian Hillman (Connie), as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Memorial Ceremony will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
