Obituary of Francois St Jean

Passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Fernande Hotte-St-Jean. Loving father of Robert (Ghislaine) and Suzanne (Paul Brennan) and step-father of Daniel (Lyne), Gary (Francine), Michel (France) and Sandra (Daniel Chartrand). Cherished grandfather of Tanya, Sonya, Steve, Steve Cousineau, Renée, Sophie, Simon, Patrick, Krystal, Bryan, Tyler, Shanelle, Eric, Gabrielle, Alex and Jason and 5 great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Ginette and Danielle (Gilles Rouleau), his brother Gilles (late Denise), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by his parents Florian and Eliette St Jean and his step-daughter Johanne (Guy Cousineau). At his request, a private family service will be held at Heritage Funeral Complex. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of the Ottawa General Hospital and of Elisabeth-Bruyère for their care and compassion. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Fernande Hotte-St Jean ; ses enfants : Robert (Ghislaine) et Suzanne (Paul Brennan) ; ses beaux-enfants : Daniel (Lyne), Gary (Francine), Michel (France) et Sandra (Daniel Chartrand) ; ses petits-enfants : Tanya, Sonya, Steve, Steve Cousineau, Renée, Sophie, Simon, Patrick, Krystal, Bryan, Tyler, Shanelle, Eric, Gabrielle, Alex et Jason ainsi que ses 5 arrière-petits-enfants. Il laisse également ses sœurs : Ginette et Danielle (Gilles Rouleau); son frère Gilles (feu Denise), ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis. Il fut prédécédé par ses parents Florian et Eliette St Jean ainsi que sa belle-fille Johanne (Guy Cousineau). À sa demande, une cérémonie privée dans l’intimité de la famille aura lieu au Complexe funéraire Héritage. La famille désire remercier le personnel de l’hôpital Général d’Ottawa et du Centre Elisabeth-Bruyère pour les bons soins prodigués.
