Obituary of John Cant

John peacefully left this world for a better one. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Marcelle Parent, his parents Agnes Coyle and James Cant, his brothers James and Owen, sisters Mary and Ann (Nan).  He  will be fondly remembered by his sister Nancy and brother-in-law Reggie, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was born in Verdun, Qc and transferred to the Ottawa area where he lived his life with Marcelle.  He was a professional in all his achievements, conscientious and dedicated. He loved sports and was an avid golfer in his spare time. He especially enjoyed family gatherings including the infamous Cant golf tournaments.

Special thanks to the caring staff at the Ottawa General Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the organization of your choice. Visitation April 21, 2018, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm followed immediately by a celebration of his life at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Road, Orleans, On  K4A 3P7
