Obituary of Eileen McCorkell
Peacefully at Madonna Nursing Home, surrounded by family, on Tuesday March 13th, 2018, in her 93rd year.
Born January 1st, 1926. Wife of the late Gerald McCorkell. Mother of Jerry (Linda), David (Mary) and the late Wayne (Dorice and the late wife Dorothy).
Loving sister to Dorothy (Frenken), Bobby, Beverly (Jacklin). Predeceased by brothers, Ernie, Gordy, Johnny, and Eric, and by sister Mary.
She was loved and will be missed by too many to mention, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Thanks to the staff at Madonna Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
Family and friends may visit on March 24, 2018 at the Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orleans, from 9:30 am to 11 am. Service will be held in the chapel at 11 am followed by reception.
In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
