I was so sad to hear of Denise's passing. I remember her fondly as a great colleague and friend. We lost touch when I moved to Calgary and left CMHC but never forgot her wit and energy. I'm sure you and your girls miss her deeply.

Dear Michael, Michelle and Elyse,
My deepest sympathies for your loss.
I worked with Denise at CMHC at various times while in Ottawa in the 80s and 90s, and again when in the Atlantic region in the 2000s. Denise was such a wonderful person with great knowledge of our work and the history of CMHC programs. When she left CMHC she left a huge gap in the teams she worked on.
I know you will miss her very much. Besides her commitment to the workplace and making it both productive and fun, she was equally committed to her family. She spoke of you all often and with great pride. You were very lucky to have someone as caring and fun-loving as Denise as your wife and mother.

She was more than a co-worker to me, I was very sad to hear of her passing this week.
