Obituary of Pansy Grant (nee Tucker)

After courageous battle with lung cancer, Pansy Elaine Grant succumbed Saturday, December 30th at 8:20 PM. As a faithful servant of God; She no longer sees Jesus by faith, but now face to face. May her soul Rest in peace. Pansy Elaine Tucker – Grant was born July 7, 1931 in Stewart Town, Trelawny Jamaica. She later relocated to Fort George District Saint Ann for a teaching career and later served as School Principal, Justice of the Peace and Local preacher at the Methodist Church. Pansy met and married Bryan Grant now deceased but they raised six children and two stepchildren namely Delroy (Blossom) Joan (Trevor) Garth (Kim) Paula Daun (Rupert) Nigel Paul (Tanya) Nadine (Ian) Kirk (Carine) and Dale. She leaves behind 33 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, countless lives touched, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the heritage funeral complex 1250 Trim Rd., Orleans Ontario on Sunday, January 7 at 1pm to 3 PM for the viewing followed immediately by the service at 3 PM. Interment will follow On the 20th of January 2018 in Fort George St. Ann Jamaica.
