This picture of Cecile says it all. It was this person that we first met and have known since then. She was a woman who showed a motherly love to everyone her big heart, warm smile and faithful soul will be remembered for ever. We believe that she was an angel sent by God to live among us. Milan, Katerine and Dominic we trust that Cecile is now with her heavenly father in a place of peace and love, where pain is only a distant memory. Our dear friends, we pray for Cecile\'s soul and also for all of you and will always keep you close to our hearts. Please accept our sincere condolences

Milan, Katerine et Dominique. Cecile was my cousin. Her dad and my mum were brother and sister. Even though we did not see each other often, when I needed her she was there. I am so heartbroken but today\'s eulogy and your words left my heart a little lighter because I could feel her in the church, I could feel her through the spoken words of the priest and thru your words Katerine and Dominique. She was a force of nature ... A bright sparkling star and you felt the love thru the sweet sound of her laughter. I will miss her but somehow sense that she will guide us along gently yet convincely forward. Go dance with the angels Cecile and make them laugh as only you can! Love sue

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our friend and colleague, Cecile. I have the fondest memories of her cheerful disposition, easy manner and the engaging way that she worked with so many of us at the Faculty of Education. It was her laughter and that contagious smile which she brought to all aspects of her life that became her signature. Over the years we spoke often about our families and children and how they were finding happiness in their own lives and it became very apparent that Cecile was an inspiration to everyone that she knew. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to the family at this time of loss. She will be greatly missed.

Cecile, you made a lasting impression on everyone you would meet. Your warmth, sincerity and generosity were always apparent. I will never forget your strength, determination and zest for life. You would always say to me that you would be my \"back up\" if there was ever anything that I needed. I will now take on that role for you and will be your \"back up\" and will assist your family in the days and years to come. I will miss you dearly.

Cecile was like a second mom to me. I felt comfortable telling her anything as I knew she would never judge me, only empathize - a quality that isn't easy to find. Without a doubt, the world is going to be a little darker with her loss. Her positivity and excitement were infectious, and couldn't help but put a smile on your face. There will never be anyone like her, and I think if we all took a page out of her book, we would be better people because of it. Love you always, Cecile. You will be forever in my heart and the hearts of countless others.

I was shocked when I saw this announcement. She was my very best friend when we were kids, attended her wedding and then life happened. Always thought I had time to talk to her and now ... life is so precious ... makes me realize that you have to contact those you care about now and not wait. My very sincere condolences to the family. I will do my utmost to give you hugs in person.

Besides my wife Nancy, Cecile was my best female friend. I will always remember her phenomenal listening skills and someone who always tried to make you feel confident and constantly encourage you to venture outside your comfort level. Cecile was definitely a "glass half-full" individual who never backed down from a challenge. I will miss my weekly visits, all the good laughs and the serious conversations that went along with it. God Bless you Cecile. Your friend... Brad

Heartfelt condolences to all. I met Cécile only half a dozen times or so and was always impressed by her ready smile and thoughtful manner. Through the years, however, I heard many accounts of her unfailingly caring attitude towards everyone. May she now rest in peace.
