Sincere condolences to the Cyr clan on Victor's passing. I was always fascinated by his radio room and I remember him as an extremely gracious man who took the time on a couple occasions to show me some of his technical treasures. RIP sir.

Chère Gilberte, simplement quelques mots pour te dire que nous pensons à toi en ce moment pénible que tu as à vivre. Nous nous souviendrons toujours de Vic la porte de garage ouverte, occupé à la réparation de toutes sortes de petits moteurs et appareils électriques qui apparaissaient comme par magie dans son garage. On le voit encore partant d’un bon pas pour sa marche avec ses écouteurs et saluant à gauche et à droite les amis et voisins qu’il rencontrait sur son chemin. Sois forte et courageuse et nous avons confiance qu’entourée et soutenue par ta famille les choses vont s’arranger.

My sincere condolences to the Cyr family. Vic was always willing to repair anything or make something for someone. When asked if it could be done his reply was "anything is possible, the impossible takes a little longer" It was my pleasure knowing and working with Vic. He will be missed by many.

Another one of the "good Guys" gone. Although I was in a different section, I gotto know Vic well over the years--he even repaired a camera for me. I had great respect for his talents; he was a very gracious, interesting, and interested person. I am sorry for his family's loss.

Sincerest condolences to the Cyr family on this saddest of occasions. Vic was always very kind to me and always willing to assist me whenever I had a problem of a "ham" nature. He was truly a very knowledgeable technician and a doubly very kind and generous man.
