Larry and JoAnn\'s entire family. Memories don\'t leave like people do. JoAnn was a wonderful person. Always kind and true to herself and others. Still cannot believe JoAnn is no longer here with us. Will always be in my mind. I\'ve known JoAnn and worked with her since 1998 Difficult to walk by her desk and not hear her voice, listen to stories about the grand children, or listen to her humourous comments. She will always be remembered. My deepest condolences and sympathy. Deborah

Dear Uncle Larry, Christina, and Dana, I am so very sorry for your loss. After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones who have passed, as this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds. She will surely continue to live on through the memories that each of you have from your wonderful years together. I will always remember Aunt JoAnn's super-sharp sense of humour, and her witty responses in any situation. Please know that I have been thinking of each of you, and would like to extend my most heartfelt condolences. “What we have once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes part of us.” -Helen Keller

Dear Larry, Christine, and Dana - We are so sorry over the loss of Jo-Ann. She had an unforgettable personality and was so present, so open about her feelings and ideas. I had just gotten to know my cousin all over again this summer and am so thankful for that time we had together. On the first day of this new year, it is hard to believe that she is no longer here. I hope your love of one another as a family sustains and nurtures you at this difficult time. Sending our love across the miles, Karen Lawrence and Bob Gabhart

I worked with Jo-Ann at the TSO. She always made us laugh during team meetings with her new and interesting sayings. Jo-Ann re-ignited my love for puzzles...thank you. We spent many breaks and lunches chatting, and laughing, and trying to find just that right puzzle piece. She will be missed. My deepest condolences to Larry, and all her family and friends.

Dear Larry, Christine and Dana, I just heard of Jo-Ann's passing. What a shock and how saddened I was to learn this terrible news. I have wonderful memories of our two families up at Red Pine Camp. Jo-Ann made me laugh so much when, after my swimming 20 laps in the roped-off area of the lake to earn my lanyard, did she tell me that I could have bought a lanyard at the Tuck Shop. That was Jo-Ann; funny, witty, a loving person who adored her family and life. I can only imagine your pain. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in these difficult and trying times.May she and James watch over you.

I worked with Jo-Ann at the TSO a few years ago. She had a heart of gold and was always there to listen, give advice or dish out hugs when they were needed. Larry, her kids and grandkids were her pride and joy and her love for them was easy to see. I was very sad to hear of her passing and will miss her but will always remember her feisty personality.

Your Mom and I worked together for many years at the TSO, and we had a lot of heart to heart talks over the years. I could always go to her for advice and she would never steer me wrong. I will miss her dearly. I remember she made me a waxed bear for Christmas back In 2007, and as I pull it out every year a small part of her will be with me. She was a fantastic lady and she was so proud of her grandchildren, her children and her husband. Love from The Mains Family
