Obituary of Barbara Azar

It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden, but peaceful passing of Barbara on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8th, 2016 at the age of 80. Predeceased by her husband Emile Azar. Loving mother of Caroline (Bob Johnson), Patricia (Alain Colle) and Sylvie (Hassan Gawad). Cherished grandmother of Stéphane, Véronique, Alicia, Patrick and step-grandmother of Nada. Her smiling way and pleasant face will be sadly missed by her sisters-in law, brother-in-law, cousins and many friends. May Barbara’s love for life follow her to Heaven, as we lay her down to rest in Peace. The family would like to thank all the staff at Portobello Manor for the great care and friendship given to their mom. Family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orleans, on Friday, May 27th, 2016 from 1 – 2 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 2 p.m., followed by a reception. The family will be present from 1 p.m. to receive your condolences.
