My deepest condolences to Lynn and Fred and all of Warrens friends and family. I came to know Warren growing up in elementary , and high school. I then had the privilege reconnecting with Warren at the Department of Health. I’ve recently become aware of Warrens passing and deeply saddened that we have lost a warm, compassionate, and stand up human being. RIP my dear friend.
