Obituary of Gabriele Hucker

Gabriele (Gaby) Hucker passed away at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on April 30, 2021. Born in Gross-Auheim, Germany on December 20, 1945, daughter to Herta Ernestine and William Ludwig Singer. Predeceased by her parents and niece Christiana (Tiana) De Benedetti. She is survived by her sister Angelica De Benedetti, brother-in-law George De Benedetti, daughters Elizabeth Anne and Katherine, sons-in-law Kevin Hrysak and Kris Merry, niece Monica De Benedetti, granddaughters Victoria, Abigail, Olivia and many dear friends. Gabriele was a kind and brave soul known as a gifted listener, always there for support and a hug. Gaby‘s consistent and supportive presence for those who knew and loved her was a blessing and something that will forever be missed. She is at peace with the Lord and watching over each of us with a gentle hand and loving heart.
