I met Sharel through the Proulx family, and though our paths crossed but two times, I have fond memories of her. We had a beautiful conversation about the importance of family, the power of bonding and the fulfillment we both felt from sharing our hearts openly with our nearest and dearest. Her warmth was very much felt and I thought how lucky anyone must be to know her. I am fortunate to have shared this moment with such a lovely lady. I wish for Sharel's nearest and dearest much love and ever-glowing memories of her.

Sharel has been a very special person to our family for some time now. Her genuine kindness, generosity and constant support for our family through the happiest and hardest of times will never be forgotten. I'm extremely lucky that I had the pleasure of knowing her and will always cherish our visits on Christmas Eve, barbecues and great parties we all shared together. My deepest condolences as you mourn the loss of such an incredible human. Although I am unable to be there May 9th to celebrate her life, rest assured I will be there in spirit to raise a glass and give thanks for having her in my life.

We are so very very sorry about Sharel's passing. She was a lovely lady with an amazing smile that lit up every room she was in. A gentle soul who loved life, who raised amazing daughters and was a loving grandmother. Sharel was far too young but she leaves us with great memories of a wonderful lady.
I am sorry we wont be able to attend the celebration of her life-we would have liked to be there-we have my aunts memorial service the same day.
